Location: North Sydney and surrounding areas.
Use: General office use
Hours of Operation: Normal business hours but access to the building 24 hours, 7 days per week
Car Parking: 1 – 2 parking required on premises
Lease Commencement: 1 November 2020
Preferred Lease Term: 2 – 4 years with options to renew

Property Beyond is seeking to identify suitable properties that deliver on the above accommodation requirements. Following a review of submissions and potential inspections, a detailed lease proposal will be requested from
shortlisted options.
Property Beyond requests that submissions that meet the requirements are submitted by 5 pm on 7 August 2020.
